Blue Cross has a network of medical providers in all 50 states to meet the medical needs of our nurses, regardless of assignment location.

Our customized placement includes the following benefits:

Comprehensive Health Insurance with 30 day waiting period:

  • Doctors visits - $20 copay (no deductible)
  • Lab work covered as part of office visit
  • Prescription card - $8/$25
  • Well child visit, annual exams and screenings covered at 100% or $20 copay (no deductible required)
Dental Insurance:
  • 100% for Class I (cleanings, preventative and diagnostic)
  • 80% for Class II (fillings, oral surgery and periodontic)
  • 50% for Class III (prosthodontic services)
$10,000 Life and $10,000 AD&D policies

Supplemental Life Insurance Option

  • $10,000 to $250,000 for employee
  • $10,000 to $50,000 for spouse
  • $2,200 to $10,000 for children
